This is a high-impact, hybrid role for a driven individual who thrives at the intersection of business development, strategy, and operations. You will work closely with executive leadership on market expansion, client growth, and international strategic initiatives. The role blends boardroom-level collaboration with business development execution, ideal for someone eager to learn how to scale a business from the inside out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic & Operational Exposure

    • Collaborate with the MD on market analysis and growth strategy
    • Contribute to commercial, operational, and financial decisions
    • Develop frameworks for pricing strategy, operations scaling, and process improvement
    • Support data analysis, reporting, and implementation of new strategies
  • Business Development & Client Growth

    • Identify and develop new opportunities in clinical trials, pharma, and biotech
    • Conduct market research across the US and EU
    • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including proposals, stakeholder engagement, and contract close
    • Maintain and grow client relationships with operational support
  • Global Exposure

    • Engage clients internationally via Zoom, Teams, or travel
    • Support relationship building and on-site visits for deal closure
What You’ll Bring
