Job summary

Houst seeks a proactive Junior Partner Success Manager to nurture partner relationships and drive growth. You will combine relationship management with performance analysis to improve service delivery for hosts and partners.

In this role you will work with internal teams to resolve issues, conduct regular business reviews, and help partners meet Houst’s standards while enhancing revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in partnerships, B2B account management or a similar relationship management role, ideally within an operational business.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain productive, long term relationships with partners, acting as their main point of contact and building trust through regular communication.
• Identify opportunities to grow partner relationships, improve performance and increase revenue.
• Monitor partner performance against agreed targets and service standards, using data to identify gaps, understand trends and drive improvements.
• Ensure partners deliver the standards expected by Houst and provide an exceptional experience for their hosts.
• Manage partner queries and escalations, taking ownership of problems and ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
• Conduct regular partner check ins and performance reviews to assess progress, discuss challenges and agree priorities for improvement.
• Work closely with the broader team to identify inefficiencies, improve processes and strengthen the way Houst and its partners work together.
• Educate partners on Houst’s processes, expectations and tools, helping them improve their performance and make informed decisions.
