  • Report to: MEA Ecosystem and Channel Director
  • Language Requirements: Fluent / professional level English, written and spoken
  • Work arrangement: Hybrid

As our new Partner Development Manager, you will be part of our highly skilled Channel sales team.

In this role you will be
  • Recruiting and onboarding new Hosting Partners, Service Providers, Cloud Resellers and System Integrators
  • Collaborating closely with our Cloud Desk team and PDMs across Africa to design and execute impactful sales and marketing campaigns
  • Taking ownership of key accounts and driving future business opportunities
Other responsibilities
  • Position Crayon as the strategic cloud aggregator and trusted partner for Customers and Partners at all maturity stages
  • Leverage key vendor partnership(s) (AWS, Microsoft) to maximize value for Customers and Partners
  • Drive partner opportunity rhythm using CRM for sales accountability
  • Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure consistent, predictable execution
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly results to demonstrate cloud growth and market share gains
Qualifications
  • 2+ years in channel or partner sales, focused on new partner acquisition
  • Proven experience in the Microsoft or broader IT ecosystem
  • Solid financial acumen with experience building growth strategies and selling to C‑suite executives
