As we grow, we're looking for someone who shares our passion for building community, celebrating local flavour, and bringing people together around simple, delicious moments.

The Opportunity

We're on the hunt for an independent, results‑driven Marketing Manager to help take The Dairy Den to the next stage of its journey. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment and wants to shape the future of a growing local brand. You'll lead our marketing efforts end‑to‑end — from building brand awareness and driving foot traffic to creating campaigns that grow our loyal customer base — and play a pivotal role in helping our family business continue to flourish.

Marketing Strategy
  • Assist in developing and framing overall marketing strategy.
  • Maintain, build and manage The Dairy Den (TDD) marketing calendar.
  • Identify, plan, and execute innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
  • Track progress and report regularly to the Owners on results, insights, and next steps.
  • Manage and grow social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc).
  • Ensure website content is up to date, aligned with campaigns and promotions.
  • Oversee marketing spend on online delivery platforms (MrD, UberEats) to ensure they are refreshed, consistent, and optimised.
Store‑Level Marketing & Engagement
  • Ensure stores have current and visible marketing material (digital screens, posters, promotions)
  • Plan, coordinate and execute in‑store and near‑store events, engagements, product hand‑outs, competitions.
  • Coordinate with centre marketing teams, collaborators, press, and influencers for joint initiatives.
Content Creation & Design
  • Take photos/videos of locations, products, and events for use in socials and campaigns.
  • Prepare marketing content for:
  • In‑store screens and posters (new products, sales, campaigns).
  • Social media posts.
  • 3rd‑party digital screens and paid advertising.
Reporting & Coordination
  • Maintain regular communication with Owners for approvals and feedback.
  • Coordinate third‑party engagements smoothly (influencers, centres, collaborators).
