Position

Emeris Westville Campus has a vacancy for a Part time Lecturer within the School of Computer Science in the following module for the 2026 Academic year :

• REIT8419 - Research for ICT

Minimum Qualification Requirements

• A minimum of a Research Masters in ICT.
• Alternatively, a NQF 9 qualification that includes an academic research component. A research methodology module should have been successfully completed at NQF 8.

Minimum Work Experience Requirements

• A minimum of two years lecturing experience.
• Supervision experience of successful students is advantageous.

Working Conditions

• Please note that this is a Part-time role with lectures taking place between 08 : 00 and 17 : 00.
• Preference will be given to South African Citizens and Permanent Residents of South Africa in possession of proof of permanent resident status.
