Description

We're building online courses for professionals and non‑technical specialists looking to develop essential soft skills, management capabilities, and practical AI literacy for everyday work. As an Instructor, you will facilitate engaging live sessions, mentor students 1‑on‑1, and guide learners through applying new skills in their professional contexts.

Your audience will be B2B clients: working professionals from diverse industries seeking to strengthen their communication, leadership, and digital skills, as well as non‑technical specialists looking to understand and use AI tools effectively in their daily work without deep technical expertise.

What you will do
  • Mentor students in 1‑on‑1 video sessions — Guide learners through challenging concepts, provide deeper explanations of tools and skills, help troubleshoot assignments, and offer personalized support tailored to individual learning needs and professional contexts
  • Facilitate live Q&A sessions — Host regular "walk‑in" style video sessions where students can ask questions, clarify doubts, and get real‑time guidance on course material and practical application
  • Lead interactive webinars and workshops — Deliver engaging group sessions covering course topics such as communication skills, leadership fundamentals, digital tool adoption, or AI basics for non‑technical users, using prepared materials and scenarios
  • Support kick‑off and graduation sessions — Help launch new cohorts with welcoming orientation sessions and celebrate student achievements at program completion events
  • Provide asynchronous support — Respond to student questions in course chat channels, offering guidance on content, assignments, and skill application between live sessions
  • Adapt and enhance learning materials — While working primarily with prepared scripts and materials from our instructional design team, you'll use your judgment to adjust delivery, add relevant examples, and occasionally create supplementary content to better serve student needs
  • Collaborate with the course team — Share feedback on student progress, content effectiveness, and opportunities to improve the learning experience
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven professional experience in digital‑focused roles such as EdTech Specialist, Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist, Instructional Designer, Digital Marketing Professional, Digital Content Creator, or Product Manager (Digital products/services)
  • Demonstrated experience conducting online training sessions, particularly focused on soft skills, leadership, and managerial competencies
  • Ability to facilitate engaging, interactive virtual sessions using prepared materials
  • Comfortable hosting webinars and group educational events
  • Fluent conversational proficiency in both English and Spanish
  • Availability to dedicate 10‑15 hours per week on a flexible schedule
  • Willingness to occasionally work weekends
  • Able to work within LatAm or Europe time zones
  • Interest in long‑term, project‑based cooperation
  • Ability to work with prepared scripts and materials while adapting delivery to student needs
  • Comfortable improvising and independently preparing supplementary materials when necessary
Nice‑to‑Have
  • Understanding of motivational design principles in education
  • Coaching skills or certification in coaching techniques (e.g., ICF, EMCC, or similar)
  • Experience using AI‑driven tools (LLMs) to streamline routine and creative tasks
  • Background in educational technology or learning experience design
  • Experience working with diverse, international student populations
What we can offer you
  • Pay Rate: $40/hr. - $80/hr. (Gross Pay)
  • Remote, hourly collaboration
  • Free in‑house training on how to be a great tutor and role model for students, choose the appropriate tone of voice when communicating with students, improve soft skills
  • Opportunities to develop as a public expert
  • Cross‑cultural work experience and lots of opportunities for networking with teammates who love what they do
We're excited to get to know you and work together!
