The Constantia Waldorf School is seeking a

Part-time High School Geography Teacher

Starting: 1st January 2026.

The successful applicant must be able to teach geography up to and including the Grade 12 CAPS curriculum.

This is a limited part-time post but could potentially become full-time depending on other subjects offered (particularly in STEM areas and/or Life Orientation) and the needs of the school.

The successful applicant must meet the following criteria:

  • Have the appropriate teaching qualifications for the relevant subjects and be SACE registered.
  • Have some understanding of and interest in Waldorf education and anthroposophy and a willingness to subscribe to the Waldorf pedagogy of the school, including a commitment to relevant ongoing training.
  • Have enthusiasm for teaching High School students.
  • Be able to work as part of a dynamic team.
  • Be able to take the initiative and work creatively.

Please include in your application all other subjects you are able to teach, as well as other interests you have that may be relevant to a teaching post in our school.
