This isn't about managing calendars—it's about becoming a strategic thought partner and force multiplier for a fast-moving entrepreneur/investor.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage complex scheduling and logistics with zero errors—anticipate needs before they're voiced
  • Own special projects: conduct research, analyze deals, prepare investment memos and presentations
  • Act as gatekeeper and first point of contact—represent the principal with professionalism and judgment
  • Coordinate travel, events, and operations with meticulous attention to detail
  • Draft communications, manage priorities, and keep everything running seamlessly
  • Proactively solve problems and identify efficiencies—don't wait to be told what to do
What We're Looking For:
  • Type-A personality: obsessively organized, high standards, moves fast, thrives under pressure
  • 3+ years experience in business, consulting, project management, startup operations, or investment roles
  • Business acumen: You understand startups, investments, and can speak the language fluently
  • Startup experience strongly preferred—you know how to operate with limited resources and ambiguity
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and follows through relentlessly
  • Tech-savvy and learns new tools instantly
  • Based in or willing to work NYC hours (hybrid/remote flexible)
