Job Description

Your duties will encompass :

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch and returns Including external warehousing 3rd party.
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory records through cycle counts, annual stock takes, and reconciliation.
• Maintain high standard of Housekeeping Experience implementing 5S (sort, sustain, set in order, standardize, shine) essential.
• Establish and maintain SOPs, Skills Matrix, and Training Registers for warehouse activities.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transport scheduling and routing.
• Manage the process of direct shipments to customer in other countries, to warehouse and to 3rd party warehouses.
• Execute the load schedule for cross border loads to countries including but not limited to Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi and Mozambique.
• Liaise with transport providers and 3PLs to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor transport cost performance and resolve delivery exceptions.
• Implement and monitor warehouse and logistics KPIs including OTD, OTIF, order accuracy, Order Lead times, Factory Output and turnaround times.
• Supervise staffing levels, shift planning, and workload prioritization.
• System & Compliance Oversight

• Strong knowledge of warehouse and transport operations, including systems (SAP).
