Job summary

Pump and Abrasion Technologies in Gauteng seeks a Paint Shop Supervisor to lead daily paint shop operations in a manufacturing setting. You will oversee paint mixing, surface prep, and application to ensure finish quality and durability while upholding safety standards.

You will train and mentor staff, drive process improvements to reduce wastage, manage inventories, and collaborate with engineering and QA to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within a paint shop or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of paint application processes, including surface preparation, mixing, and curing.
