Applicants should have 5+ years of practical experience in automotive paint mixing and colour matching, with strong colour perception and knowledge of paint binder systems. High-volume environment experience preferred. On-site commitment is essential.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Experience using computerised paint formulation software
• Excellent eye for colour and strong colour perception
• Good understanding of automotive paint systems
• Knowledge of light industrial paint systems and paint binders
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience working in a high-volume environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently and as part of a team
