Campaign Strategy That ScalesOwn the end-to-end paid media execution across Meta ads and TikTok ads.Develop and implement paid social strategies that maximize results through advanced targeting and bid strategies, A / B testing, audience segmentation and rigorous optimization techniques.Monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance to meet and exceed KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, sales, orders, revenue, and leads.Design and analyze A / B tests for audiences, placements and campaign structure that reveal insights, not just data points.Conduct detailed analysis to identify opportunities that directly impact sales volume and conversion rates.Manage campaign budgets and pacing across platforms to maximize efficiency within significant spend levels ($K–$2M+ annual spend).
Collaborate with creative storytelling experts to develop high-performing ad concepts and messaging strategies.Write compelling ad copy and manage creative testing plans in coordination with creative partners.Provide data-driven insights to inform creative direction and optimize asset performance.Analyze creative performance across platforms and provide optimization recommendations to creative teams.

Foundation-Level Experience5–7 years building multi-channel paid media success with strong focus on paid social.3–4 years of hands‑on-keyboard, in-platform execution experience.Proven track record managing significant advertising budgets ($1M+ annually) with measurable impact.Agency experience where collaboration with media / creative teams, account leadership and client success were priorities.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Expert-level proficiency across Meta ads and TikTok ads.Advanced knowledge of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker and conversion tracking implementation.Data analysis skills that transform campaign insights into actionable optimizations.
Meta Ads certifications.Media agency or in-house experience.Organized and detail-oriented self‑starter and strong team player who embraces collaborative teamwork.Strong presentation skills, facilitating effective communication of media insights and recommendations.
