We need someone who understands that exceptional performance doesn\'t happen by chance—it's architected through deliberate, iterative testing, strategic thinking, data-driven decisions, and relentless optimization.

What You'll Architect
Campaign Strategy That Scales
  • Own the end-to-end paid media execution across Meta ads and TikTok ads.
  • Develop and implement paid social strategies that maximize results through advanced targeting and bid strategies, A/B testing, audience segmentation and rigorous optimization techniques.
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance to meet and exceed KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, sales, orders, revenue, and leads.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests for audiences, placements and campaign structure that reveal insights, not just data points.
  • Conduct detailed analysis to identify opportunities that directly impact sales volume and conversion rates.
  • Manage campaign budgets and pacing across platforms to maximize efficiency within significant spend levels ($100K–$2M+ annual spend).
  • Continuously stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, adapting strategies to incorporate new tools and techniques that enhance campaign performance and drive business outcomes.
Creative Strategy & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with creative storytelling experts to develop high-performing ad concepts and messaging strategies.
  • Write compelling ad copy and manage creative testing plans in coordination with creative partners.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform creative direction and optimize asset performance.
  • Analyze creative performance across platforms and provide optimization recommendations to creative teams.
Analysis That Amplifies
  • Build reporting systems that tell stories and provide actionable insights, not just show numbers.
  • Analyze ad campaign performance, diagnose issues affecting performance, and make necessary adjustments to achieve client goals.
  • Partner with data teams to develop segmentation approaches that actually segment.

  • Present strategic recommendations that inspire confidence, not confusion.
  • Actively participate in client meetings to strengthen our partnerships with your expertise.
  • Articulate strategy both verbally and through written communication to the account management team and client POCs.

The Ideal Candidate Brings
Foundation-Level Experience
  • 5–7 years building multi-channel paid media success with strong focus on paid social.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on-keyboard, in-platform execution experience.
  • Proven track record managing significant advertising budgets ($1M+ annually) with measurable impact.
  • Agency experience where collaboration with media/creative teams, account leadership and client success were priorities.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Technical Mastery
  • Expert-level proficiency across Meta ads and TikTok ads.
  • Advanced knowledge of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker and conversion tracking implementation.
  • Data analysis skills that transform campaign insights into actionable optimizations.
