We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Paid Search & Social Media Manager to spearhead our digital advertising efforts.
This role focuses on managing Google Ads (PPC), Google Local Service Ads (LSAs), and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Ads.
You are not just a campaign manager; you are a growth driver, responsible for the entire ad lifecycle—from strategic planning and keyword research to writing hard-hitting copy and producing compelling visual creative.
This role also includes responsibility for creating engaging organic social media content to build our brand presence.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytical, and creative individual with a proven track record of delivering exceptional ROI.
This position has a strong potential to grow into a full-time role (40 hours / week) within the next year based on performance and company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Advertising Management (75%)
- Develop, launch, and meticulously optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax), Google LSAs, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify high-value opportunities.
- Write compelling, persuasive ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages, and provide data‑driven recommendations for improvement.
- Generate and present clear, insightful performance reports that track key metrics (CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS).
- Content & Creative Development (25%)
- Create all necessary ad creative from start to finish, including static graphics, images, and short‑form videos.
- Utilize Canva and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.) to produce high-quality visual assets for both paid ads and organic social media.
- Develop and execute an organic social media content calendar to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Leverage AI tools for content ideation, copywriting assistance, image generation, and workflow efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrable and extensive experience managing successful PPC campaigns on Google Ads and paid social campaigns on Meta Ads.
- A strong portfolio or documented proof of past campaign success. Applicants must be able to provide specific examples of past work, detailing the strategy, execution, and most importantly, the ROI/ROAS achieved for clients.
- Expertise in the end‑to‑end ad creation process: strategy, keyword research, audience targeting, compelling copywriting, and creative production.
- High proficiency with Canva and modern video editing software.
- A solid understanding of how to effectively leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) in a marketing context.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-backed decisions.
- A self-starter attitude with outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation
