Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage paid media campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Develop compelling ad creatives with Creative Team and continuously optimize them based on performance data, A/B testing, and industry best practices.
  • Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach specific audience segments, ensuring campaigns are directed towards the most relevant users.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, making data-driven decisions to optimize spend for maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Expertly navigate and leverage various paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others, staying updated on new features and best practices.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation on ad creatives, copy, and targeting parameters to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives align with the brand's visual identity and messaging strategy. Ensure requirements and learnings are understood by the creative team.
  • Collaborate with the UX/UI and product teams to implement CRO strategies that enhance the conversion funnel and improve campaign efficiency
  • Assist in setting up landing pages required for specific campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, changes in algorithms, and emerging technologies in the paid media landscapes
