Job Description

Boost Marketing is seeking a skilled and motivated Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in executing and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok. You'll be hands-on with campaign setups, creative uploads, and performance optimisation, ensuring campaigns are aligned with client objectives. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a senior position, with the long-term goal of taking full ownership of client accounts. Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Handle campaign configurations, creative uploads, and platform setups to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance using platform management tools, driving measurable results.
• Analyse data to inform strategic decisions and ensure campaigns meet performance benchmarks.
• Provide regular internal updates, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to align campaign tactics with broader marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform developments to keep campaigns competitive.

Requirements

• Working experience managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Working experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-centric approach.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Previous experience in a marketing agency or similar environment is a plus.
• Interest or background in consumer psychology and behavioural science is a bonus.

Location

Remote-first role with occasional in-person meetings and strategy sessions in Cape Town, South Africa.
