Job Description

Boost Marketing is seeking a skilled and motivated Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in executing and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok. You’ll be hands‑on with campaign setups, creative uploads, and performance optimisation, ensuring campaigns are aligned with client objectives. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a senior position, with the long‑term goal of taking full ownership of client accounts. We are looking for someone eager to develop their expertise and progress within our dynamic agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Handle campaign configurations, creative uploads, and platform setups to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance using platform management tools, driving measurable results.
  • Analyse data to inform strategic decisions and ensure campaigns meet performance benchmarks.
  • Provide regular internal updates, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members to align campaign tactics with broader marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform developments to keep campaigns competitive.
Requirements
  • Working experience managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Working experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client‑centric approach.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Previous experience in a marketing agency or similar environment is a plus.
  • Interest or background in consumer psychology and behavioural science is a bonus.
Location

Remote‑first role with occasional in‑person meetings and strategy sessions in Cape Town, South Africa.
