Job summary

Blacksmith Agency in a remote-capable setup for US clients seeks a Paid Media Project Manager to own delivery of marketing programs, launches, roadmaps, reporting and client relationships.

You will keep projects on time and on budget, coordinate PPC and SEO teams, run updates, flag risks early, and drive tasks to completion. Candidates bring 3+ years in marketing project management and hands-on PPC/SEO experience, plus proficiency with ClickUp, Asana or Jira. Excellent English required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency runs PPC, SEO and paid media programs for clients across the US. As Paid Media Project Manager at Blacksmith, you own delivery of that marketing work: campaign launches, SEO roadmaps, reporting and the client relationship around them. You keep projects on time and on budget, keep clients informed, and keep internal teams unblocked and moving. This is a delivery seat for a strong communicator who stays organized and drives work to the finish.
