Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager for urgent care accounts. You will own paid media strategy, budgets, and narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice for multi-location urgent care groups.

You will manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and targeting, and lead roadmap discussions. Collaboration with US clients on live calls is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record in moving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

As Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
