Responsibilities
  • Own all paid acquisition across Meta and Google.
  • Handle strategy, build campaigns, and optimise for clear targets.
  • Work directly with the founder, avoiding middle managers and heavy processes.
  • Plan and execute Meta and Google campaigns for lead generation.
  • Manage budgets daily and optimise for cost per consultation.
  • Write clear, high‑converting ad copy.
  • Suggest landing page improvements with a CRO mindset.
  • Collaborate with our Patient Booking Specialist to improve lead quality.
  • Analyse and report performance weekly.
  • Set up tracking across Meta, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Launch fast, test fast, iterate based on data.
  • Bring ideas and improvements without waiting for permission.
