• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns (mainly Meta Ads, but other platforms a plus).
• Align paid media strategy with broader brand goals and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience in full-funnel campaign planning, from awareness to remarketing.
• Understand audience personas and customer journeys to inform targeting.
• Utilise Excel/Google Sheets for campaign tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Meta Business Manager.
• Focus on lead generation with strong ROI and proven experience in running lead gen campaigns.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.
• Experience in videos and content shooting.
• Eagerness to learn about new innovations and software.
• Own laptop.
• 1–2 years experience in marketing or social media.
