Our client is seeking 4 experienced Packhouse Supervisors to join the Coega, Port Elizabeth team in January 2026.

• Oversee and coordinate daily production operations within assigned plant sections
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and production quality standards
• Execute production planning in line with operational requirements
• Supervise and manage production staff, including shift planning and staffing levels
• Maintain discipline and support sound labour relations practice
• Monitor and enforce housekeeping and sanitation standards across production lines
• Facilitate on-the-job training and upskilling of production staff
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance, Logistics) to ensure seamless production flow

Requirements

• Grade 12
• A relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
• Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in the citrus / packhouse industry
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
• Willingness to work shifts and extended hours as required
• Residing in or near the Port Elizabeth / Uitenhage area
