Qualifications

• Engineering Degree (Civil, Structural, Process, Industrial or Chemical not qualifying).
• Previous sales experience in a technical sales role.
• Own car and driver's license essential.

Responsibilities

• Customer service & sales support.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Manage sales budget and gross margins.
• Respond to customer complaints within 24 hours.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify faults.
• Conduct audits on customer equipment.
