Job summary

SIGNAL HILL PRODUCTS is seeking a Process Operator to operate packaging machines and support production goals in a safe, efficient and cost-conscious manner. The role requires adherence to food safety standards, quality checks, and active participation in safety and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

The successful candidate will have a Matric and at least four years’ FMCG experience as a multi skilled operator, be willing to work shifts, and contribute to maintaining a clean, organized

• Four years’ FMCG experience as a multi-skilled operator.
• Willing to work shift hours dictated by production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machines to meet production goals safely.
• Verify machine readiness before startup and perform changeovers.
• Maintain housekeeping and support quality checks on the line.
• Report unsafe conditions and participate in safety meetings.
• Provide feedback on equipment and material usage.
