Catch in Gauteng is seeking a Product Developer to build new product ranges and brands from concept to retail launch. The role offers autonomy and exposure to the business owner with a revenue share structure tied to brand performance.

You will generate ideas, research market trends, manage cross-brand development, and coordinate packaging with designers. Travel internationally may be required as projects expand globally.

Responsibilities

• Generate new product ideas, concepts and category opportunities.
• Research market trends, retail movements, social media trends and international products.
• Manage products from concept through to production and retail launch.
• Coordinate development activities across multiple brands and product categories.
• Communicate with suppliers and factories regarding quotations, samples, timelines and production.
• Source new products, manufacturing partners and business opportunities.
• Coordinate packaging development with internal designers and suppliers.
• Review samples, artwork, mock-ups and revisions.
• Manage development timelines, approvals and launch schedules.
• Ensure projects stay on track and resolve issues proactively.
• Assist with international trade shows, supplier meetings, factory visits and market research as required.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
