Blacksmith Agency is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our South Africa-wide remote team. You will research accounts, identify decision makers and craft personalized outbound sequences to generate qualified meetings for our SaaS sales team.

You will own the top of the funnel using tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo, building accurate contact lists and maintaining clean Salesforce records. We value grit, curiosity and coachability.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication with the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
