Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone to book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

Remote role within South Africa requiring strong written communication and familiarity with outbound tools.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Outbound Business Development Representative at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.
