Blacksmith Agency is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative across South Africa to open doors and feed the pipeline. You will research, source and book meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

Using LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce, you will manage outreach sequences, maintain Salesforce data and collaborate with Account Executives to convert interest into discovery calls.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
