Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized sequences to book discovery calls for Account Executives.

You’ll use tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo and Salesforce to hit pipeline goals while maintaining high-quality outreach. This role is full-time and remote within South Africa.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role or equivalent experience.
• Ability to craft personalized outbound sequences and messaging.
• Familiarity with outbound SaaS or agency environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
