As Outbound Business Development Representative at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

Competenze

• 2 years in SDR or BDR role
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your pipeline
