As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Orthopaedic Sales Agent to join our growing team and contribute to our vision of advancing medical excellence across South Africa.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell orthopaedic implants, instruments, and consumables to hospitals, clinics, and surgeons in both the private and public healthcare sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement officers, and hospital decision-makers.
- Provide in-theatre product assistance to surgeons and nursing staff during orthopaedic procedures.
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations to educate clients on product use and benefits.
- Develop and implement territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, client visit schedules, and market feedback for management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and new product innovations to identify business opportunities.
- Represent Jazzman Medical professionally at medical conferences, exhibitions, and training events.
Qualifications
- Great knowledge of orthopaedic products
- Minimum 3 years of Orthopaedic Sales
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) or BNurse will be advantageous.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Customer Service expertise to build positive client experiences and address client concerns effectively.
- Proven Sales skills focused on achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred
