Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell orthopaedic implants, instruments, and consumables to hospitals, clinics, and surgeons in both the private and public healthcare sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement officers, and hospital decision-makers.
  • Provide in-theatre product assistance to surgeons and nursing staff during orthopaedic procedures.
  • Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations to educate clients on product use and benefits.
  • Develop and implement territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, client visit schedules, and market feedback for management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and new product innovations to identify business opportunities.
  • Represent Jazzman Medical professionally at medical conferences, exhibitions, and training events.
Qualifications
  • Great knowledge of orthopaedic products
  • Minimum 3 years of Orthopaedic Sales
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) or BNurse will be advantageous.
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Customer Service expertise to build positive client experiences and address client concerns effectively.
  • Proven Sales skills focused on achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred
Remuneration & Benefits
