Job summary

Smith+Nebhew invites applications for a Reconstruction Sales Graduate in Johannesburg. This internship places you with the Reconstruction Sales Division, supporting orthopedic surgeons, with opportunities to assist in theatre and gain hands-on product and procedural knowledge.

You will learn sales processes, clinical support, and product knowledge while receiving mentorship from experienced reps. A matric and Health Sciences degree are required, with a valid driver's license and own vehicle;

Qualifications

• Matric qualification is required.
• Degree within the Faculty of Health Sciences is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse people are essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn and observe surgical procedures, progressing to assist in theatre.
• Work closely with experienced Sales Representatives to understand the medical sales process.
• Build product knowledge, surgical technique understanding, and anatomical expertise.
• Support surgeons and healthcare professionals with technical assistance.
• Complete the Medical Sales Representative Learnership Qualification.
