Job Description

As an Order Management Specialist you will manage the end-to-end process of customer orders, leveraging your technical skills and service management knowledge to ensure efficient and accurate order handling.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage customer orders from initiation to fulfillment.
  • Apply service management principles to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Utilize technical skills to support product development and address order-related technical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing timely updates and resolving any issues.
  • Demonstrate strong customer orientation and multitasking abilities.
  • Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks and ensure results are achieved.
Qualifications
