Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with over 10 years of experience in UK Payroll and Absence Management. The consultant will lead support and enhancement configurations, ensuring compliance with UK statutory payroll processes. Strong analytical skills and experience in Fast Formulas are required. This is a hybrid position located in South Africa, Gauteng, Johannesburg.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically in UK Payroll.
• Experience in statutory compliance with UK HMRC requirements.
• Strong understanding of UK tax laws and statutory leave policies.

Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant
Location: Hyderabad/ Bangalore/Pune - HYBRID ONLY
Exp: 10+yrs

Job Description:

• Lead support and enhancement configurations of Oracle Cloud Payroll (UK) and Absence Management modules.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll elements, absence plans, eligibility criteria, validation rules, etc.
• Configure and troubleshoot UK-specific payroll elements, statutory deductions, RTI, and year-end processing.
• Configure and troubleshoot Absence Plans (e.g., Statutory Sick Pay, Annual Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave).
• Ensure statutory compliance with UK HMRC requirements including RTI, FPS, EPS, and P60 processes.
• Support P1 issues ensuring SLA is maintained.
• Collaborate with business users, HR, and technical teams for integration, data conversion, and testing.
• Document functional and technical configurations, Fast Formulas, and test cases.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically in: UK Payroll, UK legislative Absences, Fast formula
• Strong understanding of UK statutory payroll processes, tax laws, and statutory leave policies.
• Proficient in creating and debugging Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, absence entitlements, and validations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
