Responsibilities include packaging products on FAWEMA machines, monitoring quality, and maintaining cleanliness. • Experience in operational management within a packing environment.
• Ability to ensure quality control and maintain hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished product on various FAWEMA packing machines.
• Reach production target per shift.
• Ensure continuous quality & weight monitoring and recording of results.
• Ensure food safety and hygienic work area is maintained at all times.
• Report all production downtime to shift Supervisors timeously.
• Record and analyze downtime reasons on Operator sheet.
• Deep cleansing of machine and area to improve housekeeping.
• Adhoc duties requested by HOD and packing / Superintendent.
• Participate and facilitate Invocom.
