Job summary

A cleaning services provider in Cape Town is looking for a skilled Supervisor to oversee mobile cleaning teams in the extraction cleaning division. The role involves managing job cards, ensuring SLAs are met, and planning daily routes. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience and be fluent in both English and Afrikaans. Overview

To oversee mobile cleaning teams within the extraction cleaning division, responsible for ensuring job cards and SLAs are completed, managing equipment and vehicle readiness, and planning daily routes to meet client service requirements.

Willing and able to work outside of regular working hours, including weekends and public holidays


Minimum Requirements and Qualifications


  • Grade 12 / Matric or similar

  • 3-5 years' experience in cleaning operations, hygiene services, or field team leadership

  • Strong knowledge of job cards, route planning, SLAs, and equipment oversight

  • Awareness of SANS 1853 and relevant hygiene standards and regulations

  • Must be fluent in both English and Afrikaans

  • Valid Driver's License and own reliable transport
