Terraboost Media, a leading U.S. retail media company, is on the hunt for a rockstar offshore Operations Specialist to take the reins of our national operations and bring structure, visibility, and accountability to the forefront of our fast-paced business.
This is a full-time contractor opportunity with a Salary Range: R42,000 to R60,000 per month.
We operate over 100,000 full-color 1.6 Meters tall wellness billboards placed at the entrances and pharmacy areas of top American retailers like CVS, Kroger, Albertsons, and more.
These high-impact billboards allow advertisers to sponsor health and wellness in locations where it matters most to them — often with the implied endorsement of the featured chain which makes our clients look like superstars.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Acting as the central command for our field operations – overseeing daily field visits, escalations, SLAs, and cost controls in real time.
Managing and owning operations dashboards, vendor coordination (Field Nation, independents, etc.), and reporting across departments.
Enforcing pricing standards and performance expectations with consistency and clarity.
Keeping teams and timelines on track – no hand-holding required.
Detail-obsessed, data-savvy, and naturally analytical.
A systems ninja – comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Asana, or CRM-style platforms.
A self-starter who proactively follows up, follows through, and drives others to do the same.
Fluent in written English and comfortable coordinating with U.S.-based managers and stakeholders.
Ideally experienced in operations coordination, dispatch management, or BPO-level process control.
