Responsibilities

• Lead threat and risk assessments for mining operations considering geopolitical risks and local security conditions.
• Develop and implement security plans and crisis management/ Emergency response procedures.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and authorities to coordinate responses to incidents.
• Provide training on security procedures and emergency response; conduct drills.
• Oversee security technologies and ensure protection of assets and information.
• Prepare regular reports on security measures, incidents and KPIs.
