About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Performance Analyst to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence by providing data-driven insights into performance, identifying trends, and recommending strategic improvements. You will work closely with various operational departments to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets, translating them into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of operational metrics, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify root causes of performance issues and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with operational teams to implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of operational processes to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing critical insights into operational performance.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in operations analysis.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analysis.
• Facilitate the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the operations department.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Analyst, Performance Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of operational processes and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Experience in developing performance reports and dashboards.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Operations Management, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with statistical modeling and predictive analytics is a plus.
• Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies is beneficial.
