To Anywhere Carriers-Port Elizabeth is seeking a Financial Operations Officer to manage the full bookkeeping function up to Balance Sheet and to be hands-on with operations.

The role requires strong knowledge of financial reporting, data analysis, and proficiency in MS Office. You will handle accounts payable/receivable, subsidiary accounts, and support auditors while ensuring secure banking and effective communication with OEMs.

Qualifications

• Honesty and integrity in financial work.
• Knowledge of Xero or Pastel.
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting statistics.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Financial Operations Officer

A well established car carriers company has a vacancy available for a Financial Operations Officer.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Full bookkeeping function up to Balance Sheet.
• Overall participation and very hands-on with operations.
• Defining bookkeeping policies and procedures, keeping operations in mind.
• Full Accounts payable and receivable function.
• Handling subsidiary accounts.
• Assist in preparing information and documents for auditors and compliance.
• Perform secure and confidential banking.
• Hands on with Key Accounts as well as communication with OEM’s.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• High level of honesty, ethics, understanding and integrity.
• Knowledge of Xero or Pastel.
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper.
• In depth knowledge of financial reporting.
• Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Diligent with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain financial reports.
