Operations Manager | Riyadh | Restaurant Brand

A renowned restaurant brand is seeking an exceptional MULTI-UNIT OPERATIONS MANAGER to lead its expansion in Riyadh. The successful candidate will oversee the operations of an existing upscale venue and spearhead the launch of four new locations over the next 18 months. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strategic vision, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of premium hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple upscale venues
• Lead pre-opening planning and execution for new restaurant launches
• Ensure consistent brand standards and guest experience across all units
• Drive operational efficiency, team performance, and financial results
• Collaborate with senior leadership on growth strategy and reporting

Requirements:

• Proven experience in multi-unit management within upscale dining (no QSR or casual formats)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Middle East hospitality sector
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Track record of successful venue openings and operational scaling
