The role requires extensive logistics management experience and strong leadership to drive a high-volume operation and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in operations management with logistics and distribution focus.
• Experience in large-scale warehouse operations and transportation networks.
• In-depth inventory management knowledge and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize logistics and distribution operations including warehousing, inventory, and transportation.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and speed deliveries.
• Oversee warehouse operations with space utilization, inventory handling, and safety compliance.
• Manage relationships with 3PL providers and carriers, negotiate contracts, monitor performance.

You will lead a team responsible for warehouse operations, transportation management, and inventory control, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all aspects of logistics and distribution operations, including warehousing, inventory management, and transportation.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the speed and reliability of deliveries.
• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient space utilization, proper inventory handling, and safety compliance.

Requirements
