About The Client

The client is a high-end, boutique furniture label, shipping globally to the US, EU, and beyond. We blend design-driven craftsmanship with a distinct gothic-luxury aesthetic. As we scale, we need an Operations Manager who can bring structure, efficiency, and accountability — while respecting the creative DNA of our brand.

Role Overview

To oversee and streamline the client’s day-to-day operations — from supplier management and global shipping to CRM systems, team accountability & scaling up — enabling the founders to focus on design, growth, and vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics & Shipping
    • Manage international shipments (US/EU/CA/AU), customs, and freight forwarders.
    • Oversee warehousing, packaging, quality control and delivery tracking.
  • Systems & Processes
    • Implement and optimize CRM/ERP workflows (HubSpot, Klaviyo, QuickBooks, or similar).
    • Build clear SOPs for order → payment → shipping → after-sales.
  • Team & Reporting
    • Manage and support a small remote/hybrid team.
    • Drive weekly reporting, KPIs, and accountability structures.
  • Finance & Supplier Coordination
    • Liaise with suppliers, negotiate timelines, and ensure cost efficiency.
    • Assist with margin tracking and cash flow planning.
  • Brand & Culture Alignment
    • Adapt operations to support a boutique luxury brand, not just generic e-commerce.
    • Collaborate closely with founders, keeping communication professional and proactive.
Qualifications
  • Ideally 5+ years in operations / logistics, ideally within e-commerce, furniture, or boutique brands.
  • Proven experience handling international shipping & compliance.
  • Hands‑on experience setting up CRM/ERP systems (not just using them).
  • Strong reporting and accountability mindset.
  • Culturally adaptable: appreciates creative businesses and brand aesthetics.
  • Long‑term mindset: looking to grow with the client.
Compensation
  • Competitive salary + small commission structure for scale
Not a Fit If…
  • You only have BPO / call center operations experience.
  • You prefer heavy corporate environments over creative, boutique cultures.
  • You are seeking short‑term contracts.
Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday; 9 AM to 6 PM (Manila Time)
Work location
  • Hired staff are expected to report to the office at least 10 times/month (remaining working days are WFH)
  • Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 20 MBPS)
