My client is looking for a hands‑on, high‑performing Operations Manager to take charge of their transport, warehouse, and distribution department. You’ll be the engine behind their daily operations. Leading teams, streamlining processes, and driving performance to new heights.

POSITION INFO: Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of end-to-end transport, warehouse, and distribution operations.
• Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver excellence every day.
• Analyse data and KPIs to uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver seamless service.
• Ensure that SHEQ standard are maintained.
• Identify potential risks to the business.
• Keep track of stock using the warehouse management system.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years’ experience in logistics, transport, or warehouse management.
• A proven track record of leading high‑performing teams.
• Confidence using modern logistics tools and systems (WMS / TMS / SAP).
• Energy, drive, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Degree / Diploma is advantageous (Transport / Logistics)
