Duties & Responsibilities

Duties

Manage and improve branch operations including stock control stock takes and returns policies.

Collaborate with operations teams to resolve shipping and stock issues.

Oversee pick and pack operations for multiple outlets.

Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure efficiency.

Lead branch revamps and maintain a high standard of branch appearance and layout.

Drive continuous process improvements aligned with business goals.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in operations management within the supply chain or product distribution industry.

Proven ability to manage stock control returns and warehouse optimisation.

Experience working with 3PL companies and coordinating with operations teams.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.

Relevant tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma) with a valid drivers license.
