Qualifications

  • 710 years experience in manufacturing with 3-5 years in senior operations management.
  • Proven leadership experience in a plastic injection moulding or high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of injection moulding processes, tooling and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily plant operations to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Oversee production planning, raw material control and delivery of finished goods.
  • Monitor and improve injection moulding processes to reduce scrap, optimize cycle times and boost OEE.
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including Production Supervisors, Setters and Maintenance staff.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and operational areas.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Collaborate with procurement, quality and maintenance teams to resolve operational challenges.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the plant driving efficiency, safety and profitability while ensuring high‑quality products are delivered on time.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate daily plant operations to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Oversee production planning, raw material control and delivery of finished goods.
  • Monitor and improve injection moulding processes to reduce scrap, optimize cycle times and boost OEE.

  • Proven leadership experience in a plastic injection moulding or high‑volume manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of injection moulding processes, tooling and maintenance.
