Description / Synopsis :

A prestigious Homeowners Association in George is seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operational activities of our residential estate. This pivotal role ensures that all services, infrastructure, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards, creating a safe, secure, and enjoyable living environment for our residents.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Estate Manager, staff, service providers, and residents to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements :
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Operations Management or related field.
  • Proven operational management experience, preferably in a residential estate or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities :
  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of estate services and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to optimise efficiency.
  • Respond to emergencies and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and supervise maintenance activities.
  • Assist in planning, coordination, and oversight of estate projects from initiation to completion.
  • Contribute extensively to the annual budgeting process and manage the allocated operations budget.
  • Manage procurement of external services in line with the HOA’s procurement policy.
