Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Lead and mentor staff across departments, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Monitor and improve operational workflows, stock control, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Drive customer satisfaction through consistent service and experience standards
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and performance targets
Desired Experience & Qualification
