You'll manage launches for our 35+ clients.

  • Project Management Experience : At least 2 years managing projects from start to finish. You know how to launch things on time.
  • Detail-Focused Brain : You catch mistakes before they happen. Nothing slips past you.
  • Team Coordination Skills : You can get people to do their work without annoying them. You follow up without being pushy.
  • Process Creation Ability : You see messy workflows and think "I can fix this." You make things simple and repeatable.
  • Client Communication Skills : You can talk to clients and make them feel confident we're taking care of them.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR :
  • Running all client launches – Making sure new clients go live on time, every time
  • Managing quality control – Checking work before it goes to clients so nothing is wrong
  • Coordinating the team – Making sure everyone knows what they need to do and when
  • Running daily check-ins – Quick team meetings to keep everyone on track
  • Tracking metrics – Weekly and monthly meetings to review how we're doing
  • Supporting team leads – Helping department heads stay organized and hit their targets
  • Client updates – Keeping clients informed during launches and big projects
  • Fixing bottlenecks – Finding where things get stuck and making them flow better

THE POSITION PACKAGE :
  • Salary Range : R40, – R50, per month
  • Work Hours : 8am – 5pm
  • Location : Remote with in-person team meetups in Dainfern, Fourways (at least twice monthly)
