Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in aluminium, glazing, manufacturing, construction, or related industries.
• Proven experience managing production teams and operational functions.
• Experience with aluminium systems, glazing, shopfronts, curtain walls, balustrades, and architectural metalwork is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams, optimize operational efficiency, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement throughout the business.
• Oversee manufacturing, fabrication, installation, procurement, logistics, quality control, and operational support functions.
